Aged 18+

Living in East, North and Central Lancashire

Registered with a GP within these Districts

East Lancashire 

Opening time: 7-days a week, 9am - 7pm, including Bank Holidays.

Locations: Royal Blackburn Hospital & Burnley General Hospital.
