Our confidential free information and advice helpline is available to anyone aged 50 or over, their family, carers or professionals by phone or email.
Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-4pm. The lines can get busy so please do leave us a message and we will get back to you, trying more than once.
Our experienced Age UK Norfolk advisers can help you plan for later life on a wide range of subjects, including:
- Benefit entitlement checks
- Support in claiming benefits
- Help with grants
- Assisting you to complete forms and registration for Lasting Power of Attorney
- Social Care Assessment
- Paying for care and support
- Local clubs and groups
- Transport
Face to Face appointments:
We have limited availability for face to face advice appointments at our head office at the Henderson centre. Please note these appointments must be pre-booked and we are unable to see anyone who drops in. We offer a range of face to face outreach, please check our activities page for our current locations. We do offer home visits for some services.
