Head of Operations
Are you our next Head of Operations? This role requires an experienced operational leader skilled in managing multiple services and products.
This role is the designated Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer, and we're looking for someone has the skills and experience to help us do what we're good at - helping thousands of older people and their families each year across our award winning services.
The role is part of our charity governance and risk management, with the Head of Operations being the designated Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer. You’ll be expected to lead operations, change and relationships, internally and externally, and be comfortable representing the charity publicly at events, or on radio and TV.
The role is crucial to our performance monitoring, including the Board of Trustees and Sub-Committees which this role attends, the Age UK Network and other local and national funders and partners.
This is a unique role, which any candidate can make their own. Age UK Norwich is involved in local and national research, technology development, lived experience, and healthcare transformation projects in Norwich and Norfolk.
