Age UK Norwich offers a free and confidential information and advice service for older people, their families and carers.

We offer advice and information on a wide range of matters of concern to older people and their carers. We also offer numerous factsheets and information sheets that cover a wide range of subjects.

Free legal advice

Age UK Norwich offers free legal advice sessions for older people and/or their carers. Sessions last 20 minutes and take place every Wednesday. Booking is essential – please ring our reception for an appointment, on 01603 496333.

A helping hand too

If you need help with understanding or filling in forms, writing letters or making calls, contact us and we will make an appointment if necessary. We can make home visits if you cannot get to the office.

Free information guides and factsheets

Age UK produces a comprehensive range of free information guides and factsheets that provide answers to many questions on issues affecting people in later life. We can give you free copies when you pop in. They can also be viewed and downloaded at  Age UK by clicking on the link below.

Age UK Advice is a free, confidential, national phone service for people in later life, their families, friends, carers and professionals.
Lines are open seven days a week from 8.00am – 7.00pm call 0800 169 65 65.
