OASIS is a new service that is being piloted by Age UK Norwich in Lowestoft – Waveney. The aim of the service is to fill a gap for Older People in the Waveney Area following the closure of Age UK Suffolk during the Pandemic.
Age UK Norwich have teamed up with Citizens Advice East Suffolk and Access Community Trust to provide a holistic Information & Advice service where people can get support about a wide range of issues including benefits, housing, care and Power of Attorney. This pilot service will run until the end of July 2024 and will only be accepting referrals from the club for people aged 60 or over.
