20 Years of support from Devonport High School For Girls

Mr Abbotts and the students from Devonport High School for Girls tell us about their 20 year project supporting Age UK Plymouth's Christmas Hampers. As the cost of living crises intensifies so too does the need for support in the City of Plymouth.
Over the years Christmas gift hampers have now become essential food parcels containing winter warmth packs - one lady had been unable to visit her local Foodbank for several days due to the worsening weather conditions and the delivery meant that she could safely restock her cupboards.
Without the support of the students, teachers and parents at Devonport High School for Girls there would have been no food parcels for us to deliver - thank you for your support and commitment over the years and Merry Christmas.
