We hope all of our clients, supporters and volunteers enjoyed a lovely Christmas and that the new year has begun on a positive note for you all.

To everyone who supported us in 2025, whether from donations, volunteering, fundraising or simply spreading the word - thank you. Your kindness and encouragement means so much to us as a small independent charity working across the city of Plymouth. With your support, we can continue to improve the lives and wellbeing of people aged 50 and above, those living with dementia and the families and carers who support them.

During 2025, we delivered two fundraising campaigns that played a vital role in sustaining our services. Our "I'm Still Me" campaign focused on promoting a person centred approach to dementia awareness. Thanks to your generosity, this campaign raised an incredible £721.61, helping us enhance our services, keep our doors open and continue supporting people with dementia and their families throughout Plymouth.

More recently, our annual Christmas Campaign reached its target of £2,000. This funding allowed us to provide festive meals and host a Christmas party for our clients - creating moments of comfort during what can be a challenging time for many.

We were also delighted to open our cafe, Time & Again at our Mount Gould centre. This enabled us to welcome even more people from the local community offering a welcoming space to connect and relax.
