Book onto any or all of our six Yoga Classes taking place this summer.

With a focus on improving flexibility, balance, and mobility, each session offers simple movement and stretches to help support your overall wellbeing.

Whether you're looking to stay healthy, ease stiffness, or just enjoy some time for yourself - join us for a six week course, running every Thursday no matter your experience or ability.

Please note: Participants will need to bring their own yoga mats, as we have a limited number available.

Our Yoga Classes are open to over 50s - of all fitness levels and abilities.
