Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin responds to the death of Her Majesty the Queen.
Heather Osborne, Chief executive at Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin said: ‘Today all of us at Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin are mourning the loss of our beloved Queen. Our thoughts are with the royal family as they grieve for the loss of their mother, grandmother and great grandmother and we send our deepest condolences to them all.’
‘Her Majesty was a towering figure in the life of our nation throughout her long reign, and was loved, respected and admired. For Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin and for many older people she was simply inspirational. We will miss her hugely.’
