Shrewsbury advice and information drop-in

Shropshire Council’s Adult Social Care Team and Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin have joined forces to stage a free advice and information day.
Anyone who is confused about what support is out there to keep them independent at home or needs information on financial support for care, will find the event useful.
Taking place at the Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin offices at Bellstone, Shrewsbury, on 10 November, the event will also shine a light on help available for those caring for another adult, and also what assistive technology there might be to support people at home.
The event runs from 10.00am-3.00pm and there will be representatives from the charity and from the Adult Social Care team on hand to talk through any concerns or explain the range of services available.
