Join us for a cuppa

The Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort are hosting a free coffee morning for local older people and Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin volunteers.

The event, which takes place on Friday 27 June, 10.00am -12.00pm, is part of the charity’s celebrations for its 75th anniversary.

The coffee morning is free to attend for older people in the Telford area, alongside their carers, and any of Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin’s dedicated volunteers. In addition to a hot drink of coffee or tea, a special sweet treat will be created for attendees by the hotel’s chef.

For its 75th anniversary, Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin is aiming to raise £75,000 to help fund the services, activities and events it provides for older people across the county.

We know that social opportunities like this can make a real difference to the wellbeing of older residents in our community.
