Are you aged 50 or over and looking for a simple, enjoyable way to stay active and meet new people?
Our Strollers & Striders Wellbeing Walks offer friendly, supportive group walks designed to help you keep moving at your own pace.
Our walks are a great way to enjoy fresh air, gentle exercise and the pleasure of being outdoors, while also having time to chat, socialise and make new friends.
What to Expect

Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, boost your wellbeing, or simply enjoy good company, our walking groups are open to all Solihull residents aged 50+.

We also organise regular fundraising activities - from quiz nights to skydives - which raise vital funds to help us to continue supporting older Solihull residents who need us.
