How we can help:
Our Information and Advice team can help you find help at home, with safety and security, housing needs, they provide a listening ear, information on care homes, support for carers, help with welfare benefits, care at home and much more.
Age UK has 50 information guides and over 70 factsheets. They are ideal for those who wish to help themselves and provide guidance for those whose work helps older people. Information guides and factsheets are available in large print and audio formats. Please ask the team for assistance.

Besides helping older people to claim welfare benefits, our Information and Advice team provide free information & advice on a variety of topics by answering over 4000 telephone enquiries a year from older people, their relatives and carers. Referrals are also taken from Social Services and health professionals.
Email and postal enquiries are welcomed and are usually answered within 48 hours. Further help may be given by writing letters, or contacting a third party if requested. For those who prefer to speak to an adviser personally, appointments can be made at Rex House. Directions and parking availablilty please see our Contact Us page.

The Atrium, Farnham Hospital. Every Thursday between 10am – 1pm.
Or at Englefield Green GP Surgery, second Wednesday of the month between 2pm – 5pm (by appointment through the surgery).
