Age UK Surrey offers a free and confidential Information and Advice Service for older people, their families and carers.

How we can help

Our Information and Advice team can:
• help you find help at home
• advise on safety and security
• help with housing needs
• provide a listening ear
• give information on care homes
• find support for carers
• find out what benefits you are entitled to
• advise about care at home... and much more.

Factsheets

Age UK has 50 information guides and over 70 factsheets. They are ideal for those who wish to help themselves and for those who work to help older people.

Email and postal enquiries are welcomed and are usually answered within 3 days. Further help may be given by writing letters or contacting a third party if requested.
