Great British Bake Off finalist visited us!

Some of our clients were treated to a session of energy saving cooking by Ian Cumming, one of the finalists from The Great British Bake Off 2016.

Ian demonstrated how to cook some delicious recipes with the help of a smart meter, including a lemon cheesecake topped with blueberries. By using the smart meter Ian showed how much energy was being used and the subsequent cost.

Ian encouraged everyone to decorate the cheesecakes he had prepared with some creative results. A good time was had by everyone involved and our clients went home with a cheesecake and a smile.
