Dementia Services designed to be fun, social and supportive.
Dementia impacts many of us as we get older. In fact 1 in 6 people over the age of 80 have Dementia, but having a diagnosis doesn’t mean you have to stop doing the things you enjoy. We offer Dementia Services that are designed to help with the cognitive and emotional impacts of living with living with Dementia, as well as providing the opportunity to meet new people, have fun and stay active.
Our Dementia Services

Dementia Day Centre
Based in Charminster, our Day Centre is designed to provide care and companionship for older people living with dementia or cognitive challenges. This service offers activities, refreshments, and a two course meal.

Making Memories (CST)
This 14-week course offers 2 hours a week of team games, refreshments and cognitive activities designed to stimulate thinking, concentration and the ability to connect with others. To be eligible for this service applicants must have a dementia Diagnosis.

Memory Club
A friendly space for people with memory challenges. Enjoy community connection and cognitive team activities that uplift and support well-being. These 2 hour long sessions are available in various locations.
