Tai Chi Shibashi
Tai Chi is beneficial for both physical and mental health and the Shibashi form of Tai Chi is accessible to most people because it can be done seated and standing. The benefits of this form of Tai Chi include better balance, improved mobility, relaxation, relief from stress, anxiety and depression and an overall improvement in health and well-being.
Age UK Bristol has trained several volunteers, all aged 50+, to lead basic Tai Chi sessions in community venues in the Bristol. Sessions are either free or very low cost. We welcome everyone to come along and have a go!
