2023/24 Festive Opening Times
Our staff are taking a well-earned rest and most of our local services are pausing from Friday 22nd December until Tuesday 2nd January.
We have a small team responding to urgent matters.
For general information telephone our Helpline on 0300 666 9860. If your call is not answered, please leave a message and a colleague from Age UK, the national team, will get back to you.
For urgent medical support, call 999.
For non-urgent medical assistance, please call the usual number for your GP or the NHS non-emergency service can be contacted by dialling 111.
If you need urgent help (other than fire, police or ambulance) phone Cambridgeshire Social Services on 0345 045 5202 and for Peterborough please call 01733 747474.
For out of office hours emergency duty team call 01733 234 724.
If your matter is not urgent, please call us in the New Year.
