Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Launches New Care Home Befriending Scheme

Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is pleased to announce the launch of its new Care Home Befriending Scheme, designed to help reduce loneliness among older people living in care and nursing homes. 

The launch event will provide an opportunity to learn more about this important new service and the positive difference it can make to residents. Guests will also hear first-hand accounts of the meaningful impact befriending can have.

Time: 2pm – 4pm 

Venue: Magnolia Care Home, Bury Road, Ramsey, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE26 1NA
