Age UK Cambridgeshire & Peterborough partners with Utility Warehouse

At Age UK Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, we're always looking for ways to create sustainable income that helps us continue supporting older people across our communities.
That's why we're pleased to be working with Utility Warehouse (UW), a UK provider that combines household services such as energy, broadband, mobile and insurance into one monthly bill.
This is not about selling services or encouraging anyone to switch providers unnecessarily. Rather, it offers an additional way for supporters, volunteers, staff, friends and family to help the charity if they are already considering changing their household services.
If someone chooses to switch to Utility Warehouse through our referral link, the charity receives a contribution at no extra cost to the customer. Those funds help us continue delivering vital services and support to older people across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
We know that household services are a personal choice and Utility Warehouse may not be the right option for everyone. We simply wanted to make supporters aware of an opportunity that could benefit both them and the charity.
Chief Executive Melanie Pittock said:
"We're always grateful for the support we receive from our community. This partnership offers another way for people to contribute to the work of Age UK Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, simply by making an informed choice about services they may already be reviewing. There's absolutely no pressure, just an opportunity for those who are interested to support local older people while managing their household bills."
There is no pressure to switch. Donald, a local connector, will answer your questions, talk you through the choices and give you the information you need to make your own decision.
