We are a local independent charity, established in 1965, who have been supporting older people in Camden for 60 years. Our role is to work with and for older people in Camden, improve their wellbeing and quality of life through the provision of outstanding and sustainable services and enable them to stay active and connected.

We're here to help

Information & Advice

We offer free, independent advice through our Information & Advice team. If you need advice about welfare benefits, debt and money, housing, accessing services, charitable grants, support with arranging Lasting Power of Attorney and later life planning, we are here to help.

Day Care Centres

Our Day Care Centres provide a wide range of activities and workshops as well as being a specialist centre caring for older people with complex needs. The centres also provide a hot lunch and a range of outings and special events.

Befriending Service

Our in-person and telephone befriending services are here to support you or a loved one to stay connected and offer a friendly listening ear to anyone who just needs a chat. We also offer befriending for people living with dementia.

Opening Times for Information & Advice:

Information Desk at Henderson Court, 102 Fitzjohn's Avenue, NW3 6NS:

  • Monday - Friday, 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm

Face-to-face and telephone appointments:

  • Monday - Friday. 10am - 4:30pm

Home visits are available for those unable to leave their home. To make an appointment, please come into Henderson Court, 102 Fitzjohn's Avenue or contact our team on 0207 837 3777
