✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and managing a team of community care staff
• Ensuring high-quality care services for older people
• Overseeing staff performance and development
• Working in line with Welsh care legislation and standards
• Ensuring services meet Gwynedd Council home care guidelines

• Experience in social care, ideally in a leadership role
• Knowledge of care regulations in Wales
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for supporting older people to live independently
