Dementia Action Week Concert

Alzheimer’s Society are partnering with Herts Musical Memories to bring a singing concert to St Peters Church, St Albans on Friday 19th May.
At Age UK Dacorum we provide services for those with dementia/memory loss such as our Memory Support Care Groups and Home Support.These services run under Hertswise, a Hertfordshire-wide service designed to support people living with dementia, low level memory loss or mild cognitive impairment, with their friends, family, and carers.
We are excited to announce that Hertwise will be working alongside the Alzheimer's Society for Dementia Action Week that takes place 15th-21st May. Come along and enjoy an afternoon of music performed by Herts Musical Memories and refreshments in aid of raising awareness for dementia.
