Location: Home working with extensive travel throughout Hertfordshire

Hours: 27.5  hours per week

Salary: £19,606 per annum (£24,953 FTE)

Contract:   1 year fixed term contract

Age UK Hertfordshire is looking for a Digital Wellbeing & Befriending Support Coordinator to join our Community Services team.

This new varied and rewarding role supports two important services that help reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing and increase digital inclusion for older people across Hertfordshire.

You will need excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills, along with an understanding of the needs of older people in the digital age.

You should have a  full driving  licence with access to a car.
