We are proud to publish our Strategic Direction for 2023 to 2026. We thank everyone who helped to inform, shape and guide our strategy and priorities for the coming years.
Age UK Isle of Wight exists to work with, and for, all older people living on the Isle of Wight, helping them to live well whatever their circumstances.
We have a vision of an Island community where older people are respected, valued, included and able to live the life they choose.
Our strategy is driven by our vision, values, and behaviours. We are:
- Collaborative, we work in partnership with other organisations
- Caring and Compassionate, we are passionate about what we do for older people on our Island
- Responsive, we provide high quality services for local older people, always listening to their needs
- Innovative, we are able to identify new challenges and are driven by the results that we achieve
- Empowering, we will always work to support independence and choice
- Diverse, we are inclusive, and recognise diversity through celebrating difference.
