We are seeking a full time Client Care Officer to work within the Living Well Team to support our Good Neighbour Scheme (GNS), which recruits and supports volunteers across the Island, who in turn provide essential assistance to vulnerable older people in their communities.
We need a confident communicator with experience of data-management systems and excellent Microsoft Office skills who can recruit and coordinate our GNS volunteers and carry out client evaluation and feedback.
Our aim is to enable older people to use IT to access information and advice, connect with family and friends, find out about and participate in activities in the local community and encourage independence and health management.
We are looking for someone with experience of working with volunteers and excellent facilitation skills to will set up workshops and events in order to connect older people digitally, either face to face or virtually.

This is a new role reporting to the Chief Executive, ensuring that all accounting activities are carried out consistently and effectively across the Charity. ‘Just About You’ (JAY) is a Domestic Service run by Age UK Isle of Wight to help our older Island residents remain independent in their homes for longer. We are looking for casual Support Workers to join the team in various locations across the Island to provide a wide range of help to our clients such as cleaning, food preparation, laundry, ironing, companionship, dog walking, outings and shopping.
