We are delighted to announce the launch of our Impact Report for 2019/20, showcasing how we have helped the lives of older people and their families, in and around Norwich.

We pride ourself on promoting a positive view of older age. We have helped people to get active by providing over 40 groups and activities across the city; stay out of poverty by helping to secure over £1.4 million through claiming allowances and entitlements, and have offered vital help and advice to those who are struggling by giving over 8000 hours of support. As highlighted in the report, we help the person, not just one problem, and we are proud that people use many of our services.

We’ve been part of the city landscape for 75 years and we continue to be the primary charity supporting older people in Norwich. The impact of COVID-19 has meant that we have had to adjust their services to help the many vulnerable people older people who have been affected by the pandemic and, we are continuing to provide a range of new services to help maintain older people's welfare and wellbeing throughout this difficult time - a time when our services are needed now, more than ever.

We hope you enjoy reading about the impact we have made to the older people of Norwich, and how together with our funders, donors, supporters, staff and volunteers we can help to make this city a great place to grow old.
