Accreditation

We are proud to hold the Advice Quality Standard which provides our customers with the assurance that we have met certain criteria that demonstrates a commitment to quality.   Our information and Advice team has also been assessed against the Age UK Information and Advice Quality Programme.  This involved an audit of our case work and a review of our service policies and procedures.  You can find out more here

Collaboration

We are pleased to be part of the Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN) which brings together a range of local charities who provide free, impartial and accredited advice. As a member of their Steering Group we work in partnership to help make sure that people needing help can access it as soon as they need it. We meet regularly to discuss and plan strategically, share best practice and highlight current advice needs.
