Black Lives Matter

Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin fully support the Black Lives Matter movement.

We recognise that many older people from BAME communities have and do experience discrimination in our society. We also recognise that many of these older people do not see our organisation as the one they turn to first for support and advice. We want to change that and we will work hard to listen and understand the barriers that BAME elders experience, and we will be an ally for Black Lives Matter.
