Join in with Age UK Solihull's 40th birthday celebrations by taking part in Challenge 40!

You can decide what challenge to do - it could be something physical, creative, mentally challenging or something plain silly! The only rule is that it must be based around the number 40.

Ask your friends and family to sponsor you to raise funds to help us to continue to be here for older and vulnerable Solihull residents, as we have been for the last 40 years.

You could make your activity as challenging as you like, and it could be done in a day or a week, or over 40 days or even a year!
