Donate a Present 2019

A big shout out to everyone who donated presents for older people this Christmas.  Your kindness and generosity has been hugely appreciated.  Our Help At Home Teams delivered your presents across the County - as well as those in hospitals. 

Your carefully chosen presents made such a difference to our clients.  They were grateful and touched by the kindness of people they hadn't met.
