Make a splash at our Aqua Aerobics Summer Party – an energising, feel-good event delivered in partnership with Guildford Lido. July 25th

Step into a glowing Guildford Lido, where colourful LED lights, uplifting music, and a vibrant summer-party atmosphere come together to create a truly unique aqua workout. Designed to support wellbeing, improve mobility, and encourage connection, this session is perfect for all abilities - whether you’re new to aqua exercise or a regular participant.

Aqua Aerobics with LED lights and party atmosphere starts at 8.15pm for 45mins - followed by music, refreshments, and community. Join the summer party and experience the Lido in a whole new light, all the while helping to raise funds for Age UK Surrey.
