• We can provide information and advice around accessing, arranging, and paying for care and support, including community residential and social care.

• We can explain the choices you have around local authority assessments, care packages, and care home placements, as well as give advice on local authority charging rules and eligibility criteria.

• We can provide support with understanding and challenging decisions about social services and health services.
