A special day service for our older residents with caring staff and volunteers to provide support.
A varied day with options to join in various activities
Members of the 10 to 3 Club will enjoy a varied day with options to join in a range of fun and stimulating activities, as well as having relaxation and mindful time. All members will be supported by friendly and caring staff and volunteers and have their own comfortable space too.
Includes a 2 course hot meal
We are offering a day of structured activities including gentle chair based exercise, mental agility and activities to promote wellbeing. Our caring staff and volunteers are on hand all day to provide support and care. The day service includes a two course hot meal prepared by our in house chef. We provide a minibus service with dedicated escorts on hand to assist in leaving and returning home.
The Clockhouse community centre offers a variety of in house services including:
• Hairdressing services available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
• Freya our Chiropodist Thursdays 9am to 2pm
• Nicci our Beautician
• Exercise classes with Paula, Micheala and Becky Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
