In Age Friendly communities, feeling valued and respected is important for older people of all backgrounds.
There should be opportunity for older people to be involved in the community by intergenerational activities and access to services. There should be an inclusive approach to ensuring older people from all communities have the opportunity to access information and have the opportunity to connect with their local community.
Join us to discuss what opportunities there are in Sutton to be engaged and involved with the local community. We will be talking about volunteering within Sutton, what we can do to build an inclusive community and other ways we can ensure older people feel included and respected within the community.
