We offer free and confidential Information, Advice and Guidance for older people, their families and carers. This service is available for those living in Waltham Forest.

Our advisers are trained to help you on a range of issues including accessing and applying for benefits, social care, staying safe at home and much more. We are based in Chingford and offer appointments by telephone or at our office. We can only offer home visits for those who are completely housebound and these are subject to having the staff available.

Opening Times

We are open from 9.30am to 4.00pm from Monday to Friday. If we don’t answer the phone, please leave us a message with your name and phone number so that we can call you back.

Weekly Drop-in Service

We are unable to provide a drop-in service at our office, but we do provide a weekly drop-in service at Priory Court on Wednesdays from 9.30am to 1.00pm.
