The Dementia Clinic

The Dementia Clinic has now closed.

The Dementia clinic was a pilot service delivered by Age UK West Sussex, Brighton & Hove in partnership with not-for-profit healthcare provider Here.

Although the combination of our one-to-one support and Here’s clinical expertise worked well, demand for the paid-for service has not been high enough for us to extend the project.

We are still here for anyone concerned about dementia. Our approachable, expert team, can provide:

- Information about getting a dementia diagnosis via the NHS or external private providers

- Practical dementia advice

- Information on local dementia resources and services in West Sussex and Brighton & Hove

- Practical and emotional support for carers

- Access to social activities and support networks
