Age UK West Sussex, Brighton & Hove will be handing management of Eastbrook Manor Community Centre back to Adur and Worthing Councils on the 30th September 2022, as the charity’s temporary tenancy comes to an end.

What’s on?
We have a range of friendly meet-ups and fun sessions for older people in the local community that help social connections, as well as physical and mental wellbeing. Is it your first time joining us and are you feeling anxious? Please don’t worry and just let us know! We will support you to attend, give you a very warm welcome and introduce you to like-minded people who also remember what it was like coming the first time.

Our Community Agent works to help, support and signpost older people to services, information and guidance that reduce their social isolation and loneliness. Feeling anxious or nervous about going out? Don’t worry, lots of older people do, especially because of COVID, and we’re here to help and re-connect you locally to the things you love doing.
