The Big Knit

We’re thrilled to announce that the Big Knit is back, and we need your help to create 11,200 tiny woolly hats. We’re calling on all crafters (and aspiring crafters) in West Sussex, Brighton & Hove to pick up your knitting needles and crochet hooks for a great cause.

Every hat you knit raises 30p for essential services and support to older people in our West Sussex, Brighton & Hove - so every stitch truly counts. Looking for a little inspiration?

There are exciting hat designs, for for all abilities including some very fun fruits and vegetables, available to download now, but feel free to come up with designs of your own as we love seeing your creations.

Send your finished hats to any of our five centres (addresses in the table below). Please include your name and contact details, so we can thank you. If you need us to collect hats please get in touch with Amy on fundraising@ageukwsbh.org.uk to arrange this.
