Can you help support us?
The lifeline appeal helps ensure we can be there for older people when they need us the most.
The UK is experiencing a cost of living crisis. Many people are now struggling to pay their bills. Our Information & Advice team can help make life easier by enabling you to access all the financial support you’re entitled to.
Our team are on hand to give advice and support, and help those eligible to access benefits, winter fuel payments, cheaper water tariffs, grants for white goods, and food bank vouchers. We can also help people access services and support to keep them connected and to help them feel less lonely. We're there to ensure those facing poverty and loneliness have somewhere to turn.
We need your help to continue our vital work so that we can be there for older people when they need us. Discover the ways you can support us, from leaving a legacy to fundraising or volunteering, even donating while you shop, and make a difference today.
We offer free, confidential advice through our information and advice service. If you need to know about social care, housing, scams or legal issues call us free between 10am-2pm every weekday.
We offer lots of services that will keep you or your loved ones independent for longer.
Our social clubs are a great place to have fun and build friendships. With theme nights, keep fit classes for seniors, hobby groups and even a gym, there's something for everyone.
