Activity Centre

Welcome to the Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham Activity Centre!

The Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham Activity Centre is a warm, welcoming space at the heart of our community, where older people can stay active, social, and connected. Open Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, the centre offers a vibrant mix of activities designed to support wellbeing, independence, and fun.

Our weekly programme includes gentle exercise classes, arts and crafts sessions, creative workshops, digital skills support, quizzes, games, and social groups — all created to be enjoyable and accessible for everyone. Each session is led by experienced tutors and supported by friendly volunteers who make the centre a relaxed and inclusive environment where everyone feels at home.

We also serve freshly prepared, affordable lunches every weekday in our café-style dining area. It’s a great place to unwind, share a meal with friends, or meet new people. Alongside our regular timetable, we host special events and seasonal celebrations throughout the year that bring people together and create a real sense of community.
