Hours-Ideally 1-2 days per week Mon-Fri (can be flexible)

We do not expect a minimum time commitment from any volunteer.

Are you an organised and practical person? Are you good with technology & data and happy to get stuck in? This role may be just for you.

We are looking for someone who can speak to clients on the phone to book appointments, help keep our client record details up to date, and send information out to those who are referred to our service. The role is based in our Lancaster office and you will work alongside our Business Development team, helping to provide good customer service and get stuck in with our fundraising events where necessary.

What experience / skills:

  • Digital Skills
  • Some knowledge of CRM systems would be good, but we can provide training.
  • Customer service, both face to face and over the phone.
  • Fundraising, not essential, but willing to get stuck in and help where needed.
  • PC Skills

 Possible Tasks:

  • Data input – entering data into our CRM system and ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Sending Packs out to clients
  • Contacting clients and following up actions
  • Helping at events
  • Getting involved with the Business Development team and suggesting ideas to help the team grow.
  • Follow AUKL policies & procedures to keep older people and their information safe.
