Support at Home Worker, Chorley & South Ribble

Our Support At Home service works with customers in their own homes, it’s a rewarding role and through practical and emotional support, assists older people in remaining active, independent, and connected to their local community.
We are looking for someone who is caring, compassionate, reliable and has a genuine interest in the wellbeing of older people. You need to be self-motivated and committed, with a flexible attitude and good organisation skills.

Our Energy Advice Service supports older people in their own homes to reduce energy costs, improve energy efficiency, and use energy confidently. We are looking for a Handyperson to install practical energy-saving measures in the homes of older people living with frailty.
By improving energy efficiency in the home, you will help older people live more comfortably and confidently.
