Chief executive and volunteers say thank you to the many kind donors at our Christmas bag-pack
On behalf of Age UK Northamptonshire, Christopher Duff says we are hugely grateful to the busy shoppers and friendly staff, especially manager Brian, at their store in Harlestone Road, Northampton for giving us such a warm welcome. We are thrilled to report that a magnificent total of £109.01 was dropped in our collecting buckets whilst our four volunteers helped customers pack their Christmas groceries on Saturday 15th December 2018.
As a local, independent charity we very much appreciate the support of people in Northamptonshire and it was lovely to meet Iceland's customers, several of whom said they or a relative had benefited from our services.
We hope to see you again next Christmas!
