Age UK Northamptonshire works with other organisations, both public and private, in order to provide the services that local older people tell us they need.


Commsortia - A membership organisation that brings together voluntary, community and social enterprises to deliver a complete service to local communities that improves life in the community.

Age Well Wellingborough - working with Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership to support older people who have recently been discharged from hospital.

Northampton Borough Council - A partnership to provide support and assistance to older people to enable them to continue to live independently in their own home and to improve their quality of life.  Working within the borough of Northampton.

NHS England Surge -, Age UK Northamptonshire provides practical and emotional support to patients after they are discharged fromt Kettering General Hospital and Northampton General Hospital.  

Nene Clinical Commissioning Group - Age UK Northamptonshire is funded to provide an  Ican Call Back service, Carers Sitting Service and Collaborative Care Teams which support older people after a stay in hospital and help to prevent unnecessary re-admissions.

Marie Curie - A partnership where Age UK Northamptonshire provides the End Of Life Service which supports people in the last weeks of their life, enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.

First For Wellbeing - Age UK Northamptonshire is funded to provide stimulating social and support opportunities for older people, including day care, outings, leisure and cultural activities throughout the county.
