We are a local independent charity providing services and support to around 18,000 older people and their families every year. Our workforce is made up of 135 salaried full-time and part-time employees, 75 casual workers and 78 Domestic Care Workers [September 2024]. We also rely on 267 active volunteers [February 2025] to enable us to reduce loneliness and make a positive difference to older people throughout the county.

Day Care Coordinator - Kettering
We need a caring, confident person to lead our small team in Kettering, to ensure that older people attending our day centre have a fantastic day with us and feel safe and supported at all times.

Office Support Worker - System Admin
If you are well organised, a competent user of IT and keen to learn new systems, this is the role for you. Come and help us provide an excellent service to older people who need support to live independently in their own home.

"As an Age Well Coordinator I work at GP surgeries in Oundle, Corby and Kettering, providing non-medical support to local older people. I help with a whole range of things, from helping people access mobility aids to filling in applications for Blue Badges. No two days are the same!"

CSAH Personal Support Assistant - level 2
We need caring, reliable people with excellent inter-personal skills. You will work with the client in their own home, doing a variety of tasks, enabling them to get the best out of life. Ideally you will have experience of care work or of working with older people, but it's not essential. Making our clients feel valued is more important in this role.

Handyperson
We need to recruit a handyperson to carry out practical tasks in the homes of older people that will enable to them live safely and independently. If you have proven handyperson skills and can competently fit key safes, grabrails and stair rails and install personal alarm equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

Come and help older people in the Kettering area look after their garden. This is an outdoor job with the amount of work varying according to the seasons. If you enjoy working flexible hours and can manage your own time, completing tasks in an efficient manner, this could be perfect for you.

Toenail Cutting Service Worker
We need to recruit caring people who can trim the toenails of people living in and around Daventry, Towcester and Brackley. Our Toenail Cutting Service Workers come from a variety of backgrounds, but all of them enjoy meeting their clients and getting job satisfaction from making a positive difference.
