About the role

We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent IT skills to join our expanding Care Support At Home Service.  We need someone with drive and vision to help us grow and develop this exciting and expanding service.

You will work alongside the Team Coordinator, sharing together in all that it takes to enable the team to function on a day-to-day basis.  You must be fully IT literate and be able to think on your feet in challenging situations.  Although the tasks may be routine, no two days are the same, with plenty of variety and the opportunity to make the role your own.

The role is office based, but you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle, as on occasion you may need to provide support to our clients in their own homes.  There will also be a requirement to provide some on-call support out of hours.

You will work from our head office at The William and Patricia Venton Centre, York Road, Northampton NN1 5QJ.

About you

You don’t need to have a background in care, but you do need to like people and be able to communicate clearly and compassionately with them on the telephone.  Please see the job description for further details.
