Age UK Norwich takeover of Sloughbottom parkrun

On Saturday 13th May, Age UK Norwich will be hosting a takeover of Sloughbottom parkrun!
As a local independent charity, our mission is to improve the quality of later life by working with residents to create an age-friendly and inclusive city where they can thrive, supported by opportunities and services that enhance and protect their health and wellbeing.
We are very pleased to be teaming up with Sloughbottom parkrun, a free and fun community 5k running event. If it is your first time joining, please arrive at 8.50am for a first timers welcome. Feel free to run, walk, or simply join as a spectator. The more, the merrier!
Our staff and trustees will be there to bring you information about our services, and they will also be helping to fill the volunteer roles required at the event. Come along and speak to us if you have any questions about the charity or would like to hear more about what we do.
Register with parkrun
If you have never attended a parkrun before, we encourage you to register so that you can scan your barcode and receive your results. You only need to register once.
