Local businesses set to skydive from 13,000 ft to raise funds for Age UK Norwich

On Saturday 3rd June, 10 dedicated and brave individuals will be participating in our Charity Tandem Skydive to raise funds for Age UK Norwich.
The event has been arranged in partnership with UK Parachuting in Beccles. The participants will board an aircraft and soar to approximately two miles high. After descending to around 5,000ft in 40 seconds, the instructor will open the parachute and they will float safely back down to the ground.
We would like to thank the businesses and individuals taking part in this event, helping to improve the quality of later life for the residents of our city. Keep on reading to find out more about them.
Nick Howell Coaching
Nick Howell is a Life, Career and Leadership Coach based in Norfolk who offers services through his practice ‘Nick Howell Coaching’. A former skydiver, Nick is looking forward to reinvigorating his passion for jumping after a ten-year break.
“I’m really pleased to be able to support Age UK Norwich in a small way by jumping out of a perfectly good plane! I wanted to help raise money for this great charity so they can support those in our older generation who are in need.
Together we can help them feel supported, empowered, valued, and included in our community. No one should be left behind. Thank you for any donation you can provide.”

Totally Branded is an experienced, family-run promotional merchandise supplier based in Swaffham, Norfolk. They specialise in promotional merchandise and branded clothing, existing only to deliver high-quality, effective branded promotional products to their customers.
They have a close working partnership with Age UK Norwich and have refreshed our look recently with a variety of branded products.

We also have two of our own staff members participating in the skydive - former Norwich City footballer and Age UK Norwich Corporate Relationship Manager, Jeremy Goss, and our Health and Community Outreach Officer, Joe McGuire. They will also be joined by one of our clients. We would like to thank them for their contribution to the day and for stepping up to the challenge.
