Staying physically and socially active is not just great fun, it helps you reduce your risk of many conditions such as heart disease or dementia, plus boosts your mental health.
Maybe you want to lose a few pounds, be steadier on your feet, or keep healthy while you wait for surgery, or recover from it.
Our qualified coaches will visit you in your home or somewhere local to you if you want to get out.They have fun sessions for all ages and abilities, and they will support you every step of the way.
What is Health Coaching?
Weekly physical activity sessions for 10 weeks with a qualified coach
